This innovative course is designed to show you the incredible variety of boot camp training options available to you, from high intensity interval training to unique trends in performance training to a new twist on traditional exercise. Whether you take just one class, several classes, or stay for the entire weekend, you will leave this program psyched, energized and ready to treat your clients to your own version of the boot camp experience.

Our fast-paced, high-energy program consists of eight two-hour courses and is structured to prepare you to design and implement your own Boot Camp workouts. Each individual workshop is $29, or you can take the full program (eight workshops) for $199. You'll learn how to design outdoors and inside boot camp programs for individuals as well as for large or small groups. You'll learn the newest trends, the hottest tips and the most innovative program design concepts and a whole lot more.

Become a "Boot Camp Specialist"

You've worked hard to advance your career and now that hard work can pay off: Take all 8 of our "Boot Camp" workshops and you can register those credits to earn a Certificate as a Boot Camp Specialist. Better yet, this special credential does not require a test, does not have Continuing Education requirements and does not expire!

On Sunday afternoon, after you have completed all 8 of our live classes you will receive access to a special page on our website. All you need to do is click on that link, enter your email address and then fill out a short attendance form. Then, simply print out your personalized "Boot Camp Specialist" certificate. That's it!

BC-01: Essential Boot Camp Routines

This fascinating course examines the latest trends in boot camp training program design and implementation. You'll experience cutting edge high intensity circuit drills as well as imaginative ways to integrate interval training into your program design. And what's a boot vamp without an obstacle course? Boring! Learn how to design challenging obstacle courses that will inject some high-octane excitement into your boot camp training. Whether you train in or outdoors, to large or small groups, you'll love this comprehensive approach to training. You'll be talking about this class for days afterward!

BC-02: From Good to Great
Saturday - 10:30 am - 12:30 am
How do you build stamina and strength, blast fat, and optimize cardio-respiratory fitness all in one workout? You use these imaginative exercise variations that turn basic,ho-hum exercises into metabolic powerhouses! You'll discover how to combine short, ultra-intense efforts with brief recovery periods and you'll learn progressive strategies to implement these protocols for maximum benefit.

BC-03: 2013's Best Boot Camp Drills
Saturday - 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
Welcome to the best of 2013! This classic approach focuses on resistance training utilizing balance ropes for the core, monster bands for cardio and good old-fashioned body weight to build strength. Your bootcamp workout routine will never be the same again after this new school makeover.

BC-04: Implementing Building Block Programs
Saturday - 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Power exercises take center stage in this high energy workshop which teaches you a "building block" approach to exercise progressions. You'll learn how to successfully infuse core training techniques into dynamic strength routines and end up with a dynamic partnership that will stun your participants. You'll leave this workshop with an increased confidence in your ability to train for increased performance.

BC-05: Marketing,Profitability & Self-Promotion

You can have the world's most unique and imaginative boot camp, but if people don't know about it you're doomed to failure. Similarly, if you are teaching to a full house but you priced yourself too low, or your overhead is too high, you won't be in business long. This long overdue class examines how to promote your business to expand your client base while boosting your profitability. Learn to combine the power of traditional, old-school marketing with the limitless reach of social media and watch the world beat a path to your door!

BC-06: Exercise Complexes Made SImple
Sunday - 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
An exercise complex is a combination of between 3 to 8 complementary exercises that progressively fatigue the entire body. The result is a clever exercise program that can be modified for participants from beginner to elite and can be seamlessly integrated into either indoor or outdoor bootcamps. You'll learn how to design a complex around a certain piece of equipment,like a kettlebell, or that focuses on a certain body part (the pecs) or a specific exercise, like a squat. You'll leave this class confident in your ability to design complexes that will both build strength and annihilate body fat.

BC-07: Indispensable Strength & Conditioning Activities

The boot camp approach to fitness is heavy on strength and conditioning drills, and this dynamic class will give you the tools you need to whip your private and small group clients into the best shape of their lives. You'll experience a clever combination of strength and cardio training drills designed to speed up the metabolism while increasing muscular strength, tone and definition, and you'll learn an assortment of imaginative activities that will motivate your clients to push themselves harder than ever before. These extraordinary drills will both encourage and challenge your campers to reach their personal best!

BC-08: Avoiding Common Boot Camp Injuries
Sunday - 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm
The threat of injury is ever-present and very real in a bootcamp environment and as the intensity increases the risk of injury escalates too. That's why this class is a godsed! First,this important class examines some of the most common boot camp injuries,like an ankle sprain, a torn ACL, a concussion or a rotator cuff injury. Then, you'll learn program modifications to reduce the risk while maintaining the beneefit.
