Boot Camp programs are the hottest trend in fitness and our 2-day program will teach you all you need to know about this unique workout sensation. This brand new course is designed to show you the incredible variety of boot camp training options available to you, from high intensity interval training to unique trends in flexibility training to a new twist on traditional exercise. Whether you take just one class, or several, or stay for the entire weekend, you will leave this program psyched, energized and ready to treat your clients to your own version of the boot camp experience.

Our fast-paced, high-energy program consists of eight two-hour courses and is designed to prepare you to design and implement your own Boot Camp workouts. Each individual workshop is $29, or you can take the full program (eight workshops) for $199. You'll learn how to design a boot camp programs for individuals as well as for large or small groups. BC-01: High Intensity Interval Training
Saturday - 8:30 am - 10:30 am
High intensity interval training is the ultimate fat-loss tool. Explore how to design interval programs for your boot camp classes that will accelerate fat loss by harnassing the power of the afterburn. This eye opening class will revolutionize your cardio programming while allowing your clients to maximize their cardio training with a minimal investment of time.

BC-02: Baby Boomer Bootcamp
Saturday - 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
This unique program will give you the tools you need to modify a boot camp routine to the needs of your middle aged client through careful manipulation of exercise technique. Learn to combine cardio, strength and flexibility training for optimal hormonal response to reduce the risk of disease while minimizing the outward signs of aging. And you'll do the whole workout in less than an hour!

BC-03: Agility, Stability, Mobility
Saturday - 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
No boot camp is complete without an obstacle course and no obstacle course is complete without an agility ladder. This high-energy workshop will reveal ingenious ways to use the agility ladder to improve core stability as well as lower body mobility, all wrapped up in obstacle course drills that will motivate and delight your clients!

BC-04: The Power Workout
Saturday - 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Power exercises take center stage in this high energy workshop. You'll learn how to incorporate plyometrics and power lifts into your boot camp routine, starting with rebounding and hopping exercises and progressing to overhead push-presses and power cleans. You'll walk away from this workshop understanding that power exercises are NOT just for athletes.

BC-05: New School Strength & Conditioning
Sunday - 8:30 am - 10:30 am
Welcome to the 21st Century! Your bootcamp workout routine will never be the same again after this new school makeover. You'll discover inspiring variations for deadlifts, bench presses and other traditional exercises, all of which will be revitalized with this fresh, updated approach. Old school exercises take on a new school spin in an awesome boot camp routine.

BC-06: Boot Camp Workout Drills
Sunday - 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
The “boot camp” approach to fitness is heavy on body weight conditioning programs. This dynamic class will give you the tools you need to whip your private and small group clients into the best shape of their lives with a clever combination of strength and cardio training. You'll learn drills and activities suitable for private clients, small groups and couples.

BC-07: Variations on the Squat
Sunday - 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
The squat is the ultimate boot camp exercise: challenging, functional and versatile. This unique workshop takes an in-depth approach to teaching the squat for clients of all fitness levels. You'll start with the "safety squat" and progress through its many variations, concluding with the one legged or "pistol" squat.

BC-08: Stretch Yourself Strong
Sunday - 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm
If you’re looking for an innovative twist on your boot camp flexibility training, look no further! Discover how to use flex training to make your clients stronger and more functional, while minimizing the risk of injury. This comprehensive course will explore the inter-connectivity of the entire body as you design a holistic flexibility program.
