Our Office Staff

We're a small team, more like family really, but we get the job done. (And yes, our phone is still answered by "real" people.) Here's our staff so you can put a face to the voice on the other end of the phone. Bunny Cotter After a high stress career in the banking industry, Bunny took early retirement and brought almost 30 years of experience to her position of Director of Operations for Exercise ETC. Intimately involved with every aspect of the organization, Bunny is a treasure trove of ideas, motivation and inspiration for the entire office staff.

Diane Schiffman Diane recently retired from a 30+ year career at Broward Community College in Ft Lauderdale where she was the Director of the College's Vocational Training Program. Experienced in all facets of training and development as well as human resource management, Diane's vast experience and superior people skills are used to advantage every day at Exercise ETC.

Brian Silbon After retiring from a successful career as a veterinarian, Dr. Brian decided to pursue his lifelong love of fitness and exercise which brought him to Exercise ETC. With a keen analytical mind and an incredible attention to detail, Brian is responsible for many of the behind the scenes activities that keep our business running smoothly.

Debi Ward The newest addition to the Exercise ETC family, Debi Ward is a "multi-tasker" without peer, successfully juggling her position at Exercise ETC while managing 4 kids, 4 dogs, multiple cats and her husband's tow-truck company. With a strong background in customer service and inventory control, Debi is a valuable addition to the team.
