Designing Post-Rehab Programs

Many Fitness Professionals are now working with clients who are living with chronic diseases or conditions but have received clearance from their physician to participate in a non-clinical exercise program. These clients often have very specific exercise goals and contraindications which must be factored into exercise program design.

Our in-depth, two-day program consists of eight two-hour courses and is designed to prepare you to work with the client who has been evaluated by their physician and has been cleared to exercise in a non-clinical environment. Each workshop is $29, or you can take the full program (eight workshops) for $199. Click here to find a program in your area.
